He participates in tournaments regularly and won bronze and silver medals in sparring and board breaking at USA nationals in 2019. He is active in the Des Moines sports community, as a 2nd Dan black belt in Taekwondo and an instructor at Farrells Martial Arts. Molis serves on the boards of Ballet Des Moines (and has been since 2014) and the Urbandale Performing Arts Booster Club. He has a love for the performing arts as well as athletes, and enjoys working with dance medicine, musicians, singers, and theater arts. Marc Molis, MD, FAAFP, is board-certified in Family Medicine and is a Fellow with the American Academy of Family Physicians.
